Each unit offers its residents panoramic views of the Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway from every room. The condo has 10' ceilings with two garage spaces that are air conditioned. Full concierge service, pool and fitness centers available. The Claridge is a pet friendly condo with small pets under 20 lbs. are allowed. Boat dockage is available across the street on the Intracoastal. The Jupiter Island condo allows one lease per year with a 7 month minimum.
