 Seawatch is one of the premier Jupiter Island condos at an affordable price.  Built in 1983 the 7 story condo features 65 units in three different towers. The condo sits on the ocean and overlooks the Intracoastal to the West. Many condos have ocean/intracoastal views or choose just an ocean or Intracoastal view.  Seawatch condos are 2 bedroom 2.5 bath and a few 3 bed 3 bath condos that range in size from 1,700 to over 3,000 sq. ft. Each owner gets one or two garage parking spaces in the two level garage. 24 hour manned security with a day dock available and a tennis court on the water. Owners are allowed pets under 25lbs and a 3 month minimum rental twice per year is allowed. 

 The community of Seawatch Jupiter Island features four different floorplans with models A through D. The A model goes front to back and features ocean and Intracoastal views. The B model features either ocean or Intracoastal and the C model features just ocean views. The largest condo is the D model with 3,000 sqft and features just Intracoastal views. The condo features a community pool/spa on the South side of the condo and they have a fitness room, club room and a billiards room.  They offer bike and kayak storage and a day dock on the Intracoastal. The condo is well maintained and offers an array of various views and floor plans.
