Landfall condo was build in 1984 and sits directly on the ocean between the Passages and Ocean Sound with ocean and Intracoastal views. It is an 8 story condo with 28 units in the building. The 3 bedroom units are 2,700 sqft in size and have large wrap around balconies. The A and B condos are direct oceanfront units. The C and D condos have beautiful direct Intracoastal views. Landfall has beautiful architecture with floor to ceiling windows that give you a panoramic view of the ocean or the Intracoastal. With only 4 units per floor each condo is a corner unit. Landfall has a 3 month minimum rental and has a no pet policy.  

Amenities include 1 underground garage parking space, interior air conditioned hallways, and a beautiful heated pool. Intracoastal dock has 6 spaces that will hold up to a 40ft boat. Enjoy boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and more! 

 The Landfall Jupiter Island is quite popular due to the large number of floor to ceiling windows in the condo. Wrap around balconies offer access from many rooms. The ground floor condos are elevated and sit one floor above the ground level. Even from the ground floor unit you did receive a slight ocean view. The ground floor condos also have an extra large lanai area.
