Built in 1972 Ocean Villas is a 6 story condo with 36 units. The 2 bedroom condos are 1,200 sq. ft and have Intracostal views. They have a day dock available where you can launch a kayak. The community pool sits on the intracoastal giving you hours of entertainment watching the boats pass by. Ocean Villas does not allow pets and they have a 30 day minimum lease policy. There is no covered parking. The most desirable units are the 06 stacks which face West looking at the Intracoastal waterway and the Jupiter Lighthouse.
As one of the lower priced condos on Jupiter Island Ocean Villas is a no frills building with no covered parking, laundry rooms and many units having just fair water views. They do offer a beach access just across the street. The 01 and 06 stacks are the end units which face either East for an ocean view or West for an Intracoastal view. Sit out on your patio and enjoy the outdoors. These places make great weekend or vacation homes.
