The building was built in 1968 and is 3 stories with 30 condos in the complex. The 2 bed 2 bath condos are 1,300 to 1,500 sq. ft under air and all the windows are impact glass. The condo features boat docks on a first come first serve basis and accommodate up to a 30ft boat. The 8,9 and 10 units are the three direct Intracoastal condos. One covered parking space comes with each unit, one pet under 20lbs is allowed. Rentals in Island House are a 3 month minimum.
The most popular condos in the Island House are the direct Intracoastal units with corner units a close second. Many of the condos have glassed in their patios to increase the living space and still have water views. The condos do have quite a few windows which make the units quite bright. You will enjoy water views as you watch the boats travel the Intracoastal. Several condos will have Jupiter Lighthouse views which is always a treat in the evening. The community pool sits on the South side of the building. The condo is a great place to own if you enjoy waterfront activities such as boating, kayaking or paddle boarding. The beach access is just across the street so you can enjoy a day at the beach or just a quick walk along the oceans edge.
